Your state legislators have the power to enact transformative climate policy – but they need to hear from you, their constituents, to know climate solutions are a priority for voters.

It’s your legislators’ job to represent you, but if they rarely hear about climate concerns and solutions from their constituents, they won’t prioritize climate action. A majority of congressional staffers have said that fewer than 10 emails from constituents could be enough to get a member of Congress to pay attention to a particular issue. For state legislators, that number of emails is likely even fewer.
