Bring a climate policy solution to the attention of people in your network—you have a broader reach and greater influence than you realize.

The most important thing you can do to fight climate change is talk about it, according to climate scientist Dr. Katharine Hayhoe. Personal and authentic storytelling – not facts and figures – is what sticks with people. Putting a climate solution into your own words is the best way to educate your network and inspire them to act. It has an added benefit of normalizing climate action – indeed, 62% of Americans rarely - or never - discuss global warming with family and friends.

Amplifying a climate solution can look like social media posts, group texts/emails, or shares in Slack and other workplace communities. You have a broader reach than you realize.
